Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Shipping Costs: We offer $5 flat-rate shipping on all orders, regardless of size or destination.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in inspecting and packing each item to ensure it arrives safely and as described. All sales are final due to the unique nature of our vintage and secondhand items, but we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match the description, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. We’ll be happy to offer a full refund or exchange for damaged or incorrect items. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue when reaching out to us at support@shopvintagegarden.com.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, so we encourage you to review all product details, measurements, and images carefully before purchasing.
