Refund policy

 

We take great care in inspecting and packing each item to ensure it arrives safely and as described. All sales are final due to the unique nature of our vintage and secondhand items, but we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match the description, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. We’ll be happy to offer a full refund or exchange for damaged or incorrect items.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, so we encourage you to review all product details, measurements, and images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions or need additional information, please don’t hesitate to reach out via our contact form or social media channels.

Returns

To start a return, you can contact us at support@shopvintagegarden.com. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue when reaching out to us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
