Condition Standards
Every preloved item sold is clean and wearable. We inspect each item thoroughly to guarantee quality, authenticity, and condition. Each item is categorized as New With Tags (NWT), Excellent, Good, Fair, and As Is.
New With Tags (NWT)
Item is completely unworn and still has its original tags attached, box, and/or dust bag.
Excellent
Item shows minimal signs of wear, almost appearing new.
Good
Item may have some visible wear and tear, like slight fading or minor pilling, but is still in good functional condition.
Fair
Noticeable wear and tear, potential stains or small holes, may require minor repairs to be fully functional.
As Is
Significant damage, large stains, tears, or other defects.
Measuring Guide
Each listing includes detailed sizing information to help you find the perfect fit. Be sure to check our measuring guide below, or contact us with any questions. A helpful tip: use a similar garment and a measuring tape to compare measurements for an accurate fit.
- SHOULDER: Measured across the back, from middle of neck to shoulder seam.
- BUST: Measured flat across the fullest part of the bust, right below the underarms.
- SLEEVE LENGTH FROM SHOULDER: Measured flat from the sleeve seam to the end of sleeve cuff.
- WAIST: Measured flat across the slimmest part of the natural waistline, above the navel and below the ribcage.
- BOTTOMS WAIST: Measured flat across the interior waistband.
- HIP: Measured flat across the fullest area below the waist.
- LENGTH: Measured flat from high shoulder seam to the longest part of the hem.
- SKIRTS LENGTH: Measured flat from top of the waistline to the longest part of the hem.
- SHOES: Sizes are US unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
Processing Time: 48 hours or less.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options. Delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs: We offer $5 flat-rate shipping on all orders, regardless of size or destination.
Returns & Exchanges
We take great care in inspecting and packing each item to ensure it arrives safely and as described. All sales are final due to the unique nature of our vintage and secondhand items, but we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match the description, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. We’ll be happy to offer a full refund or exchange for damaged or incorrect items. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue when reaching out to us at support@shopvintagegarden.com.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, so we encourage you to review all product details, measurements, and images carefully before purchasing.
